Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Service Technician to provide on-site vehicle inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair services at customers locations. The technician will ensure quality service, timely completion of jobs, and high customer satisfaction while maintaining company and manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

Attend customer locations to carry out vehicle inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and minor repairs.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues using appropriate diagnostic tools.
Perform routine servicing, including oil changes, battery checks, brake inspections, filter replacement, and other maintenance work.
Conduct roadside assistance and emergency service when required.
Identify technical problems and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to manufacturer specifications.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, parts used, and service reports.
Explain the identified issues and completed work clearly to customers.
Coordinate with the Service Advisor, Workshop, Parts, and other Aftersales teams when additional repairs are required.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools, equipment, and the mobile service vehicle.
Follow all company safety procedures and automotive industry standards.
Maintain professional appearance and customer service standards at all times.
Support customer follow-ups and ensure complaints or technical concerns are addressed promptly.
