We are hiring Mobile Tracing, Analytics & Service Assurance Design Experts to join our technology planning team. This role is responsible for the architecture, planning, and design of Mobile Service Tracing tools, Customer Experience Monitoring, Tracing, and Analytics solutions supporting LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and 5G networks.
Experience: 5–7 years
The selected candidates will design end-to-end monitoring tools solutions for LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, 5G NSA, 5G SA, and IMS. They will also design and optimize Customer Tracing Systems, Session Tracing Systems, Signaling Monitoring Platforms, and Service Quality Analytics.
The role includes developing methodologies to measure Service Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Voice Quality, and Data Experience. It also includes integrating tracing platforms with EPC, IMS, 5GC, CRM, Trouble Ticketing Systems, and NOC Dashboards.
Required technical skills include EPC Tracing, IMS Tracing, SIP Tracing, Diameter Tracing, GTP Tracing, Service Assurance Platforms, Customer Experience Management (CEM), Network Analytics, Big Data Analytics, LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, 5G NSA, and 5G SA.
