Role Purpose
Responsible for leading role ensures that design, planning, and delivery decisions across the project are operable, viable, resilient, and fit for purpose from early master planning through ORAT and activation.
Key Activities, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities
- Designing and managing Road and Transit Infrastructure (in particular, bus fleet operations experience) during DMP and subsequent Design Stages. This shall include pedestrian networks, active and para-mobility networks as well.
- Analyze traffic (static and dynamic analysis) and pedestrian flows to/from and within/outside public transport stations. Modeling software knowledge and experience.
- Has sound knowledge of Construction and Maintenance of major transport infrastructure.
- Review Scope Writing by Consultants/ Contractor to ensure all the transport strategies/objectives are captured and aligned with the overall masterplan.
- Conduct Technical Evaluation of Project Deliverables and Consultant/ Contractor submissions and selections.
- Engaged in Stakeholder Management from feasibility to detailed design, ensuring projects meet quality, budget and schedule goals.
- Review deliverables (reports, drawings), providing on-site construction support (RFIs, changes), and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Job Requirements
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering disciplines
Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in experience in operation and design and startup.
Language Proficiency
- English Proficient and Arabic is more preferable
Competencies
- Road, Transit, Pedestrian, Active Mobility Network Design Experience
- Analytical thinking
- Exposure to high density sites (preferably Makkah background)
- Excellent communication skills
- Entrepreneurial & Independent nature
- An ability to work without the availability of standard operating procedures
- Results oriented self-starter
