Roles & Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D information models of construction projects using BIM software based on the design packages and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, guidelines, and best practices throughout the creation, generation, and development of BIM works
- Generate shop drawings directly from the 3D BIM models, adhering to project standards and requirements at the appropriate level of development.
- Develop and maintain as-built drawings reflecting the actual constructed conditions, incorporating any changes or modifications made during the construction process.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports extracted from the BIM model.
- Create visually appealing and informative 3D renderings and walkthroughs to aid in project visualization and communication.
- Ensuring that the BIM models are accurate and up-to-date throughout the project's lifecycle.
- Participate in project coordination meetings.
Minimum Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical.
- Proven experience 1 to 3 years in BIM implementation and management within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
