Position: Customer Service Agent – E-commerce
Location: Gleem, Alexandria – Full-time (On-site)
About the Role:
Flexieve is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team and support our online customers across different channels.
The ideal candidate will have experience in handling customer inquiries, order-related issues, and providing high-quality service within an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries through calls, chats, emails, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
- Follow up with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and feedback on CRM systems.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and represent the brand's tone and values.
- Meet assigned KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with product information, policies, offers, and ongoing campaigns.
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members or supervisors when needed.
- Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service (e-commerce or retail is a plus).
- Prior experience dealing with customers in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using CRM systems, order management tools, or ticketing platforms.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be based in Alexandria and available for on-site work in El Syouf.
