KPI's Real Estate Consulting is Hiring Moderator

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate is mandatory.
• Previous experience handling customers and leads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Ability to respond to inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good command of English is a plus.

Job Description:

• Respond to customer inquiries and messages through social media platforms.
• Receive, organize, and manage incoming leads.
• Understand customers needs and provide accurate information about available properties and projects.
• Qualify leads and transfer potential clients to the Sales Team.
• Follow up on leads and ensure proper communication with the sales team.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
• Prepare regular reports regarding leads, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales Teams to improve lead quality and customer response time.

About The Job:

• Working Hours : from 10 pm to 6 pm.
• Days Off : Saturday & Friday.
• Salary : from 9k up to 10k + Commission.
• Location: New Cairo - Maxim Mall.
• Medical & Social insurance.
