Job Brief
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Moderator (Fresh Graduate) to join our team in
Dokki. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring online content to ensure it complies with company policies, quality standards, and community guidelines.
This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are passionate about digital content, have strong attention to detail, and are eager to start their career in the digital media industry.
- Review and moderate user-generated content (ads, images, text, and links) according to company policies.
- Ensure all published content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance standards.
- Identify and remove inappropriate, misleading, or non-compliant content.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the relevant team when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of reviewed content and decisions.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve moderation processes.
- Meet daily and weekly moderation targets while maintaining high accuracy.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate (01 year of experience).
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good command of English (written and reading).
- Basic understanding of social media and digital platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
- Location: Dokki (on-site).
