Role Overview

We are looking for a Modern Workplace & Endpoint Engineer to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services, endpoint devices, and core infrastructure components, while providing support to end users.

Whatever you're working on, what are the technical skills you're likely to have

Proven experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
Experience in Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
Knowledge of Endpoint Management and Support.
Experience supporting hybrid IT environments (On-Premises and Cloud).
Solid understanding of Microsoft Infrastructure and System Administration.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience providing end-user support in enterprise environments.
3 years of experience in Modern Workplace, Endpoint Management, Microsoft Infrastructure, or related roles (preferred).
Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, AZ-104, or equivalent, are considered a plus.

What will be your responsibilities in this position

Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment.
Manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM).
Support and maintain hybrid environments (On-Premises and Cloud).
Administer and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
Manage identities and access through Microsoft Entra ID.
Manage and support Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
Respond to end-user and service requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to endpoints, Microsoft 365 services, and infrastructure components.
Perform system configuration, maintenance, and operational support activities.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to ensure service stability and continuous improvement.
