Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and mold conditions.
Ensure all molds produce high-quality products that meet company standards.
Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any defects or issues.
Implement quality control measures to prevent defects and improve product consistency.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and support a team of mold technicians and operators.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.

Process Optimization:
Analyze molds and dies status to identify areas for improvement.
Implement maintenance process optimization strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor maintenance metrics and adjust processes as needed.
Prepare and manage the budget for mold-related activities.
Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Provide regular reports on budget utilization and financial performance.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all mold-making activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Implement and enforce safety protocols for mold technicians and operators.
Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
Coordination and Communication:
Coordinate with the production and engineering teams to align mold-making activities with production schedules.
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Plant Manager.
Reviewing the condition of all molds and their history and proposing improvements and modifications to facilitate the production process and increase productivity.
Mold Engineering:
Make the Engineering Drawing for all required spare parts for the molds and defining the standard manufacturing methods and external machining processes.
Making any required modifications to the products and reflecting those changes on the molds.
