Mooring Master

We are seeking an experienced Mooring Master/Pilot to lead safe berthing, un-berthing and tandem mooring operations.

Key Requirements:

• STCW 95 Class 1 Deck Officer (Master) CoC, plus valid Tanker (STCW V/1), BRM/BTM, gas testing and STCW medical certificates
• Valid Pilotage certificate/license from the National Competent Authority, with pilotage simulator training record
• Minimum 30 months as Chief Officer or above on AFRAMAX (or larger) oil tankers or gas tankers
• Minimum 36 months Mooring Master experience, including tandem mooring of vessels above 150,000 DWT
• Strong knowledge of SPMs, floating hoses, hawsers and tug operations; fluent in written and spoken English.
