We are looking for an experienced Moroccan Bath Therapist to provide high-quality bath treatments to our clients in a professional and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate should be skilled in traditional Moroccan Hammam techniques and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Moroccan bath (Hammam) treatments according to established protocols and spa standards.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Educate clients about the benefits of Moroccan bath and aftercare routines.
- Ensure a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere for guests throughout the treatment.
- Maintain inventory of bath products, towels, and supplies.
- Uphold spa health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Spa Supervisor/Manager.
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Moroccan Bath Therapist (Hammam experience preferred).
- Skills:
- Proficient in Moroccan bath techniques (exfoliation, scrubbing, cleansing rituals).
- Good understanding of skin care products and usage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding treatments.
- Education: Certification or training in Moroccan Bath Therapy is an advantage.
- Other: Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
