This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Advisor based in Dubai. The Mortgage Advisor will provide expert financial advice to clients, assist with finding suitable mortgage options, and guide clients through the entire application process. Responsibilities include assessing clients financial circumstances, analyzing market trends, assisting with financial planning, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

• Proficiency in Mortgage Marketing and a strong understanding of the mortgage industry
• Expertise in Financial Planning and solid knowledge of personal finance
• Strong background in Mortgages and associated financial products
• CeMap Qualification or equivalent certification
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to guide clients effectively
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines with attention to detail
• Previous experience in a financial or mortgage advisory role is highly desirable
• Knowledge of UAE mortgage laws and regulations is an advantage
