Role Overview
PRYPCO is hiring a proactive, client-focused Mortgage Advisor to guide customers through the home financing journey with confidence and clarity. You'll manage a mix of qualified inbound leads and self-sourced clients, providing expert, honest advice while driving fast, efficient deal closures. This is a high-impact, target-driven role where performance, ownership, and empathy go hand in hand. You'll work closely with real estate agencies, internal teams, and banking partners to deliver an exceptional mortgage experience from first contact to disbursal.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage qualified inbound opportunities from marketing campaigns, CRM workflows, and REA partnerships
- Build your own lead pipeline through referrals, networking, and personal outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies to drive repeat business
- Collect documents, assess eligibility, and structure personalized mortgage solutions
- Coordinate closely with Concierge, Credit, and Ops teams to ensure smooth progression of cases
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate case records in Salesforce
- Deliver a trusted, customer-first advisory experience
- Stay informed on UAE mortgage regulations, lender criteria, and product updates
- Meet and exceed monthly submission and disbursal targets
- Represent PRYPCO professionally in client and partner interactions
What We're Looking For
- 13 years of experience in mortgage sales, real estate, or banking in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of the UAE mortgage process and product landscape
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with real estate agents
- Strong sales instincts with a consultative, empathetic approach
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven by a passion for helping clients make smarter property decisions
