Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mortgage Broker role based in Abu Dhabi. The Mortgage Broker will meet with clients to assess their financial situation, explain available mortgage products, and recommend suitable lending options. Daily responsibilities include preparing and submitting mortgage applications, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, and following up on approvals and documentation. The role involves analyzing client needs, providing debt consolidation guidance where appropriate, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and institutional policies. The Mortgage Broker will also support mortgage marketing initiatives, maintain accurate records, and deliver a professional, client-focused service experience.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in mortgage brokerage, including practical experience as a Mortgage Broker and familiarity with Brokerage practices.
• Solid finance knowledge, with the ability to interpret financial documents, assess affordability, and advise on Debt Consolidation options.
• Understanding of Mortgage Marketing principles and experience in promoting mortgage products or services.
• Excellent client-facing communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple client files, and collaborate with lenders and internal teams.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or real estate ] in the UAE is preferred.
