Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Consultant, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Mortgage Consultant will assist clients in identifying suitable mortgage options, guide them through the application process, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The role involves providing expert advice on mortgage-related financial solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with financial institutions. The ideal candidate will prioritize excellent customer service while efficiently managing financial documentation and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Lending, and Mortgages
- Solid understanding of Finance principles and financial products related to mortgages
- Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to understand and meet client needs effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client trust and relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills with an ability to handle multiple clients and applications simultaneously
- Experience in the UAE mortgage market is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems used in the mortgage and finance sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
