Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mortgage products and solutions that best meet their needs.
• Generate leads, develop new business, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Conduct client meetings, property evaluations, and financial assessments.
• Collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to secure mortgage approvals.
• Stay up-to-date with UAE mortgage regulations, products, and market trends.
• Provide end-to-end support through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up proactively.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in meeting targets.
• Highly self-motivated and self-managed, capable of working independently in a startup environment.
• Passionate about helping clients and providing exceptional service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of UAE mortgage products, regulations, and processes is preferred.
