Sales & Marketing:
- Identify and target eligible customers for mortgage finance and real estate leasing products.
- Generate leads through direct customer engagement, referrals from bank branches.
- Present product features, benefits, and terms clearly to targeted customer segments.
- Execute the sales plan to achieve assigned targets and business objectives.
Customer Application & Process Follow-up:
- Collect and review required credit documents related to customer income and eligibility in accordance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Register and track customer applications on the system based on the appropriate product and property type.
- Coordinate with Credit and Legal departments to complete required documentation for each case.
- Follow up on applications until final approval and disbursement, ensuring all approval conditions are met.
Job Requirements:
- University Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Direct Sales within the Banking Sector or Real Estate Sales / Brokerage.
- Proven experience in target-based sales and closing deals.
- Strong customer acquisition and lead generation experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
