The Role:
The Mortgage Manager will oversee the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving operational excellence. This role is crucial for managing mortgage product offerings and optimizing the digital mortgage journey. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills, a deep understanding of mortgage products and regulations in the UAE, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads in a timely manner, ensuring our clients are furnished with a range of mortgage options best suited to their needs.
- Manage inbound calls from generated leads and make outbound calls from generated leads
- Build a relationship of trust with clients and with our partners
- Educate our clients about mortgage products and procedures
- Have a good understanding of the mortgage market, rates, policies and loan processes
- Gather, analyze and present documents required for processing
- Visit and nurture our existing Real Estate partners weekly.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Manager, Mortgage Consultant or Mortgage Broker
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, processes, and regulatory requirements in the Middle East
- CEMAP (not essential)
- Familiarity with digital mortgage platforms and CRM systems. Comfort with using technology to drive process improvements and enhance customer experience.
