YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for driving the first stage of the mortgage advisory process. Your duties include:

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls to new and existing leads

Fix qualified appointments for mortgage advisors

Conduct structured follow-ups to maximize conversions

Maintain high call volumes and daily productivity targets.

Identify clients mortgage needs (pre-approval, refinancing, buyout, new purchase)

Prequalify leads based on income, employment, and property requirements

Explain basic mortgage concepts (DSR, pre-approval, bank requirements)

Guide clients on required documents before advisor handover

Update CRM with accurate lead status, notes, and follow-up actions

Coordinate with advisors to ensure smooth lead transfer

Track client progress through the mortgage pipeline

Maintain confidentiality and compliance with UAE mortgage regulations

SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Strong English communication.

Must have sales oriented attitude

Real estate or mortgage background preferred

CRM experience is mandatory

Must be Punctual, disciplined, and targetoriented

Strong work ethics and commitment to performance

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

AED 3,500 monthly salary

High commissions with no cap.
