Join Our Team: Motion Designer at EtihadWE
We are seeking a talented and experienced Motion Designer. In this key role, you will design and produce engaging motion graphics and animations that support EtihadWE corporate communication strategies to enhance internal and external communication campaigns, employer branding, employee engagement, and digital storytelling in alignment with the company's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for videos, presentations, social media, and internal platforms.
- Develop visual storytelling concepts that translate complex messages into engaging animated content.
- Support corporate campaigns (internal & external) with innovative visual designs.
- Design motion assets for intranet, newsletters, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with the Digital Communication team to design multimedia content aligned with corporate identity guidelines.
- Ensure consistency of visual language across platforms.
- Ensure alignment with the company brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Partner with internal stakeholders (HR, Media, PR, etc.) to understand communication needs and propose creative solutions.
- Liaise with external vendors/agencies when required to ensure high production standards.
- Stay updated on motion design and digital media trends to recommend innovative approaches for communication.
- Introduce new formats (infographics, micro-animations, kinetic typography, etc.) to increase audience engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Arts, or related field.
- Experience in motion graphics, preferably in corporate communication, media, or creative industries.
- Knowledge of 3D animation software is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to transform abstract ideas into engaging visual content.
- Excellent attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Strong time management.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
