- Translate report insights into 3090s motion graphics using kinetic type, infographic animation, and simple visual metaphors
- Build scripts, hooks, and storyboards from outlines or raw datasets
- Design on-brand titles, lower thirds, charts, and transitions; add subtitles and end cards with clear CTAs
Podcast Promos
- Mine long-form episodes for viral moments; create 2060s social cuts with captions, punchy openers, and show branding
- Produce vertical, square, and horizontal versions with platform-specific first-frame hooks
SociaYl-first Production
- Ship a consistent cadence of shorts (e.g., 12/week) across channels
- Optimize thumbnails, first 3 seconds, and retention; test formats (explainers, myths, 3 insights in 30s, etc.)
Brand & Collaboration
- Maintain brand guidelines (fonts, colors, typography for Arabic/English)
- Collaborate with researchers, podcast producers, and marketing to prioritize stories that drive traffic and leads
Qualifications
- 35+ years in video editing & motion design for social or content marketing (B2B/consulting/newsroom a plus)
- Strong reel showing data-driven motion graphics and short-form promos
- Expert in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve), Illustrator/Photoshop; bonus: Audition, CapCut Pro/Descript for fast captions
- Comfortable with Arabic & English typography and subtitling; Arabic motion/kerning experience is a plus
- Solid grasp of narrative flow, pacing, retention curves, and social best practices (hooks, CTAs, aspect ratios, safe areas)
- Ability to work from a brief or raw data, simplify complex topics, and hit deadlines
Tools & Formats
- After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (Audition/Resolve nice-to-have)
- Descript/CapCut Pro for rapid captioning
- GA4/UTMs + platform analytics to track CTR, retention, and conversions
