Motion Graphics Designer
We are looking for a creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our team and produce engaging, professional visual content for our digital platforms and social media channels. The role involves transforming ideas, scripts, data, and business or financial information into compelling videos that align with the company's visual identity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, visual treatments, and storyboards in collaboration with content and marketing teams.
- Design and animate infographics, charts, statistics, text, characters, and other 2D visual elements.
- Edit video footage and manage post-production, including transitions, colour correction, audio editing, music, and sound effects.
- Adapt videos to meet the technical and creative requirements of different digital and social media platforms.
- Use AI tools to generate and enhance images, videos, backgrounds, and other visual assets, integrating them naturally into motion graphics projects.
- Manage multiple projects from concept to final delivery while meeting deadlines and implementing feedback efficiently.
- Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, quality standards, intellectual property requirements, and approved usage rights.
- Organise and maintain project files, templates, and visual assets for future use.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and video production.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of motion principles, timing, visual rhythm, transitions, composition, and storytelling.
- Ability to transform scripts and complex information into clear, creative, and engaging visual content.
- Good knowledge of social media formats, dimensions, and content requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, receive feedback positively, and implement revisions accurately.
- Knowledge of 3D design and animation software, such as Cinema 4D or Blender, is preferred.
AI Skills
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to generate images, videos, and visual elements.
- Ability to write effective prompts and refine outputs to support creative concepts.
- Familiarity with tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Flow, Veo, or similar platforms.
- Ability to use AI throughout the creative process, including research, concept development, storyboarding, background removal, and image and video enhancement.
- Basic understanding of usage rights and intellectual property considerations related to AI-generated content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- An up-to-date portfolio or showreel demonstrating strong motion graphics and video-editing capabilities.
- Willingness to complete a practical assessment if required.
- Proficiency in Arabic; a good command of English is preferred.
