We're hiring: Motion Designer

We're looking for a Motion Designer who can bring social content to life — someone who thinks in movement, not just frames, and who's not satisfied with good enough for a Reel.

You'll fill a gap our art direction doesn't cover on its own: turning static concepts into motion that actually performs on Reels, TikTok, and Stories. We want someone who treats a 6-second animation with the same ambition as a hero film — fast doesn't mean careless. If you can build a template once and adapt it fast across formats, know how to design for sound-off viewing, and still care about the frame looking right, this is for you.

What you'll do:

• Animate concepts and KVs into motion for social — Reels, Stories, TikTok, paid social
• Build kinetic type, transitions, and animated graphics from static art direction
• Design for sound-off, mobile-first viewing (hook in the first 3 seconds)
• Adapt one core animation across multiple formats and platforms efficiently
• Work closely with art directors to push what's possible beyond the static layout — and push back when something deserves more craft than the timeline suggests

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of motion design experience, ideally social/digital-native (not just broadcast/TVC)
• Strong in After Effects; Illustrator/Photoshop for asset prep
• A reel that shows social-specific work — not just polished one-off pieces, but volume done well
• Real ambition: you want the small stuff to look as good as the big stuff, not just shipped
• Comfortable taking direction from art directors while having the taste to elevate it
• Genuine interest in social platforms, trends, and pacing
