Role Description:
The Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing animations, videos, and dynamic content for digital platforms. This role involves collaborating with designers, marketers, and content creators to bring ideas to life through motion, ensuring brand consistency and creativity in every visual execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media, websites, ads, and presentations.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts that align with campaign goals.
- Edit and enhance videos, including adding text overlays, sound effects, transitions, and color grading.
- Create storyboards, style frames, and animation mockups to communicate design direction.
- Adapt and optimize motion graphics for multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, websites).
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity across all materials.
- Stay updated on current motion design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve creative quality.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to enhance static designs through motion.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role within an agency or creative environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Audition.
- Experience with 3D animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color, and composition.
- Ability to translate ideas and scripts into effective visual motion pieces.
- Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for innovation in motion design.
