Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our team at our Dubai Silicon Oasis office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling motion graphics and high-quality video content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns and brand communications. This role requires strong storytelling skills, creativity and technical expertise in motion design and video editing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create engaging motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, advertisements and presentations.
- Develop animations, explainer videos, promotional videos and brand storytelling content.
- Create animated titles, transitions, infographics and visual effects.
- Ensure all motion graphics align with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for marketing and promotional use.
- Add sound effects, music, subtitles, transitions and visual enhancements.
- Enhance video and audio quality to ensure professional output.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize video ideas.
- Work closely with your seniors and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Revise projects based on feedback while maintaining creative quality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, animation techniques and editing tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Arts or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 13 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, typography, layout and colour theory.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in 2D/3D animation (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools is a plus).
- Knowledge of social media video formats and digital advertising standards.
- Basic knowledge of videography and lighting techniques.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva is an added advantage.
