Job description

Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player.

Liaise with IT Teams, clients, and business team.
Manage incident activity to ensure all tickets are worked within the SLA while maintaining SLA response time.
Required data management / maintenance / modify in excel.

Qualifications

Graduate/post-graduate
Minimum 1 year of Insurance backend working experience.
Good Communications Skills
Knowing Arabic (Mandatory)
Have good working knowledge in MS Office applications: Word, excel, & PPT
Basic Computer Knowledge is required.
Claims processing (Motor) experience will be considered as a preferred additional qualification
