Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Technician at KTM Motorcycles located in Dubai- UAE.

The Senior Technician will manage and carry out maintenance and repair work on KTM bikes, ensuring optimal vehicle performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing necessary repairs, conducting routine vehicle maintenance, and ensuring quality service. The role will require regular interaction with customers to address their needs, provide updates, and ensure complete satisfaction with the service provided. Attention to detail, technical expertise, and a passion for motorcycles are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and specific expertise in working with Bikes
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and customers
• Ability to provide excellent Customer Service, ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Technical qualifications or certifications related to vehicle or motorcycle repair and maintenance
• Proven experience as a motorcycle technician; prior experience with KTM bikes is an advantage
