Job Title : Movement Instructor

Reports to: Senior Wellness Manager

Role Purpose

The Movement Instructor delivers wellness activities across both properties while supporting recreation and guest engagement throughout the resort. The role extends beyond fitness to include recreation programming and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Wellness and Movement Sessions

Deliver sessions such as:

Calm / Internal Practices

• Yoga
• Meditation
• Breathwork
• Sound healing

Expressive / Dynamic Movement

• Mobility training
• Functional movement
• Energizing fitness classes

Therapeutic / Recovery

• Stretching sessions
• Recovery and relaxation experiences

Recreation and Resort Engagement

• Lead recreational activities within the resort environment.
• Support guest engagement around the pool, beach, or outdoor wellness spaces. Operational Support
• Assist with spa facility oversight when needed.
• Support reception coverage during low-demand hours.

• Help maintain wellness spaces and equipment readiness.

Guest Engagement

• Encourage participation in wellness and recreational activities.
