Job Description

Sales Engineer MRO Products & Consumables

Location: UAE | Type: Full-time, Field-based

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong UAE client network to drive B2B sales of

MRO products, industrial equipment, spares, and consumables into manufacturing, production,

packaging, utilities, and process industries.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business and grow existing B2B accounts

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close

Conduct client visits, site surveys, demos, and trials

Prepare quotations, BOQs, proposals, and tenders

Negotiate pricing and achieve revenue and margin targets

Maintain CRM records and accurate sales forecasts

Requirements

Essential Experience

35 years of direct B2B field sales experience in the UAE

Established contacts within manufacturing / process industries

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Experience selling at least 4 of the following:

o Conveyor belts, rollers & components

o Pumps, valves, hoses, fittings & spares

o Industrial lubricants & MRO consumables

o Material handling & lifting equipment

o Packaging / processing machinery

o Hygienic process equipment & consumables

(Food & Beverage manufacturing experience preferred)

Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Immediate availability

Engineering Diploma or Degree (Mechanical / Industrial preferred)

Fluent English (Hindi / South Indian languages preferred; Arabic an advantage)
