JOB PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & JOB CONTENT
- FinOps Application administration related to batch jobs, workflows, user management etc.
- Configuration and management of all infrastructure related to FinOps and CRM
- FinOps and CRM DB administration
- SSIS integration server / KingswaySoft utility administration for FinOps and CRM
- FinOps Service fabric cluster upgrade and maintenance
- DB and application performance tuning and monitoring
- DB export/import activities among the UAT, Dev and Production environments of FinOps and CRM
- Day-to-day support requests related to data correction
- Making environment ready on each DB restore as per Dev team
- FinOps and CRM DB backup and recovery
- LCS management and administration
Competencies
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
- Expert level experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012+ and tools used to monitor and troubleshoot database issues.
- Microsoft Windows Server 2016+
- Experience with MS Azure administration
- . net Development and JavaScript helpful but not required
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to work well independently as well as in collaborative group
- Ability to work effectively with changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A strong work ethic and be personally accountable.
- Hands on experience designing and building automated monitoring tools to identify possible issues so that they can be addressed before they become a problem
- Ability to build reports using SQL is plus
