Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a MT5 & FX Cubic & OneZero & Gateway & Bridge Support Trading Platform Specialist. The responsibilities include supporting the MT5, FX Cubic, and OneZero platforms and ensuring trading gateway and bridge systems function seamlessly. Daily tasks involve troubleshooting platform-related issues, monitoring system performance, resolving technical queries from clients, coordinating with third-party vendors, and assisting in the improvement of trading platforms to enhance client experiences. The role requires a strong commitment to system uptime and timely issue resolution to maintain exceptional trading conditions for clients.
Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of MT5, FX Cubic, OneZero, Gateway, and Bridge technologies
- Strong technical skills with experience in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and optimizing trading platforms
- Proficiency in financial markets trading instruments, such as forex, commodities, indices, and more
- Excellent client service capabilities, including responding to technical issues and queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related fields preferred
- Work experience in financial technology (FinTech) or trading organizations is an advantage
- Knowledge of risk management and trading infrastructure would be desirable
