Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MT5 Forex Trader/Dealer role based in Dubai, UAE. The MT5 Trader/Dealer will monitor and execute client orders on MetaTrader 5, manage trade flows, and ensure accurate and timely order execution in line with company policies and market conditions.

Daily responsibilities include: managing trading positions, overseeing risk exposure, monitoring spreads and liquidity, and implementing dealing procedures to maintain smooth platform operations. The role also involves handling trade-related queries, coordinating with risk and operations teams, and providing feedback on pricing, execution quality, and platform performance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platform, including order execution, trade monitoring, and platform configuration.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, particularly FX, CFDs, and other leveraged products, with practical knowledge of market microstructure and pricing.
• Proven skills in risk management and exposure monitoring, including familiarity with hedging strategies and dealing procedures.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data, economic indicators, and trading reports.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in trade entry, reconciliation, and record-keeping to minimize operational and execution errors.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced dealing environment, including flexibility to support trading hours aligned with key global markets.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field; professional certifications in trading or investment are an advantage.
• Proficiency with trading-related software, basic Excel skills, and comfort working with technology-driven processes and tools.
