Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections across various disciplines (civil, mechanical, welding, piping, E&I) as per approved ITPs.
- Review and verify material certificates, method statements, WPS, drawings, and specifications.
- Maintain inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, and quality records for handover.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes (ASME, API, ASTM, ISO, IEC, ACI, etc.).
- Conduct weld visual inspections (VT) for root, hot pass, fill, and cap.
- Verify WPS/PQR compliance and welding parameters.
- Coordinate NDT activities (RT, UT, MT, PT) and review results before approval.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Instrumentation).
- 5+ years experience in multi-discipline QA/QC roles in EPC / Oil & Gas / Infrastructure projects.
- Certifications required:
- Bgas Gr 2
- CSWIP 3.1 /3.2
- Strong understanding of project inspection procedures and international code requirements.
