Featuring 198 elegant guest rooms and 57 serviced residences, the property offers world-class accommodations and amenities. Guests can enjoy unique culinary experiences at three signature restaurants, a lobby lounge, a pool bar, and a three-story nightlife venue. The hotel also boasts two pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a spa with seven treatment rooms, and over 900 square meters of versatile meeting and event space, including a ballroom and boardroom.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for a Multi-Property Sales Manager specializing in Luxury Wholesale Travel. The Multi-Property Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and fostering partnerships with key stakeholders in the luxury travel sector. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client communications, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue goals. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintaining the hotel's luxury standards for high-end clients and partners.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills relevant to the luxury travel industry
  • Expertise in relationship management, client interaction, and communication
  • Experience in marketing strategies focused on the luxury wholesale travel sector
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create strategic sales plans
  • Proven experience in managing projects and achieving target goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software
  • Thorough knowledge of the luxury hospitality and travel markets, particularly in the region
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site in the Abu Dhabi Emirate
