Multi Store Manager KSA
Location: Jeddah
Reports To: Operations Manager ME.
Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for operations, team development, and customer excellence We're looking for a Multi Store Manager to oversee and elevate performance across multiple store locations in KSA.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations and drive sales across multiple branches.
- Lead, mentor, and empower store teams to deliver top-tier results.
- Manage inventory levels, control costs, and monitor financial performance.
- Uphold top-tier customer experience and service standards.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and municipality regulations.
- Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales.
- Comfortable with monthly intercity travel (Jeddah Riyadh).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or diploma in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years in a retail, caf, or restaurant management role.
- Proven experience in leading multi-store operations.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of financial KPIs and operational reports.
- Experience in multi-cultural environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office.
