- Lead the execution of project workstreams, demonstrating expertise and identifying opportunities for process improvement within the assigned tasks.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with clients, as well as internal managerial and executive stakeholders, showcasing proficiency and confidence in discussing project matters.
- Collaborate with teams and clients, engaging in negotiations and fostering effective partnerships between leadership.
- Develop and nurture client relationships, seeking to understand their needs and contributing to their satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events and associations to broaden professional connections and identify potential growth avenues.
- Contribute to the identification and pursuit of new business prospects, aligned with the strategic goals of the company
- Drive project analyses, propose actionable plans, and exhibit strong decision-making capabilities.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities while effectively guiding project delivery.
- Master's degree in business administration, Economy, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and business development, ideally within management consulting.
- 8-10 years experience within the Transport & Logistics sector (i.e.: one or more sub-sectors like Ports, Shipping, Railways, Roads, Aviation, Logistics) with at least 4-5 years experience in the GCC.
- Proven experience in the capital project life cycle in one or more steps of the value chain (i.e.: capital strategy, financing, delivery, asset management & optimization, operational models - PPPs)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of articulating ideas to diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and develop solutions, emphasizing creativity and critical thinking.
- Self-starter with strong business acumen and a results-driven approach.
- Ability to understand client's challenges and issues.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interactions with senior management, clients, and colleagues.
