What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in music programming, entertainment planning, nightlife management, or luxury hospitality entertainment within the UAE.
  • Proven experience conceptualising and executing music-led events (e.g., pool parties, club nights, branded event series).
  • Strong understanding of music genres including electronic, pop, R&B, hip-hop, and international trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to curate vibe and energy for diverse guest demographics.
  • Established network within the regional or international music and entertainment industry.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance creativity and profitability.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • A FIVE-Styled mindset bold, innovative, hands-on, and solution-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative music and entertainment concepts across venues, including pool parties, nightlife events, brunches, and seasonal activations.
  • Curate programming that aligns with brand positioning, guest demographics, and market trends.
  • Create themed entertainment calendars and signature event series that drive footfall and revenue.
  • Stay ahead of global and regional music trends to ensure offerings remain relevant, aspirational, and commercially competitive.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure DJs, live performers, and entertainment acts aligned with the brand's energy and positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, agents, and entertainment partners.
  • Negotiate performance agreements in collaboration with senior leadership and legal where required.
  • Ensure music selection across venues enhances guest journey and experience.
  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and F&B teams to translate entertainment concepts into fully executed experiences.
  • Oversee on-site entertainment delivery, ensuring seamless technical, operational, and creative execution.
  • Coordinate artist logistics including technical riders, hospitality requirements, and scheduling.
  • Lead pre-event planning and post-event evaluation to continuously elevate quality and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Finance and senior leadership on entertainment budgets and cost control.
  • Analyse event performance, guest feedback, and revenue data to refine programming strategy.
  • Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand positioning and profitability.
  • Act as a central liaison between entertainment partners and internal departments.
  • Ensure alignment between programming, brand campaigns, marketing rollouts, and venue strategy.
  • Contribute ideas proactively to enhance overall venue experience and competitive positioning in the Dubai nightlife market.
