Task Description:- Provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, nail art, and other trending nail treatments.
- Advise clients on appropriate nail care, designs, and treatments based on their preferences and nail condition.
- Deliver personalized and attentive service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards for tools, equipment, and work areas in compliance with salon safety protocols.
- Stay up to date with current nail trends, techniques, and products to offer modern and innovative services.
- Assist in inventory management, including monitoring, ordering, and restocking nail supplies as needed.
- Educate clients on proper nail maintenance and aftercare to enhance results and encourage repeat business.
- Handle client feedback professionally and resolve service-related concerns effectively.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and professional salon environment.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve skills and service quality.
