Job Description

National Field Marketing Manager defines, lead, and continuously evolve the national Field Marketing vision, strategy, and organization positioning Field as a core growth engine for brand love, consumer recruitment, and business impact.

The role ensures a powerful top-down and bottom-up flow between national and field teams, translating global and national priorities into locally relevant strategies, programs, and ways of working. Working cross-functionally across Brand, Sports, Culture, Communications, Sales, and Operations, the role contributes directly to the annual and long-term business plans by shaping, planning, and enabling brand and marketing initiatives across the full marketing mix.

By designing a future-ready Field Marketing ecosystem and embedding Field early in strategic planning, this role ensures that consumer collecting, on-premise, off-premise, and new business opportunities are leveraged to create strong local impact, deep consumer connections, and sustainable business growth.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

National Field Marketing Strategy, Vision & Portfolio

Own the national direction of Field Marketing and its long-term evolution. Define and lead the national Field Marketing vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with company priorities Translate global strategies into a clear national Field Marketing direction, programs, and ways of working Design and continuously evolve the Field Marketing ecosystem (Field, Student Marketing, regionalization models, new structures, cells, capabilities) Own the national plans of Field Marketing initiatives and platforms Identify white spaces, innovation opportunities, and future capabilities Design, pilot, and scale ownable national moments, platforms, and IPs Ensure continuous evolution of Field Marketing based on trends, learnings, and consumer shifts

Holistic Business Ownership & Cross-Functional Leadership

Ensure Field Marketing is embedded in business strategy, not only execution. Lead the development of the national Field Marketing budget Own synchronization between Marketing, Sales, and Operations across all Program Fundamentals Act as the national Field Marketing strategic partner to Brand, Sports, Culture, Communications, RBMN, Sales, and Operations Co-create national priorities, launches, big moments, and long-term platforms Ensure Field is embedded early in strategic planning and business discussions Represent Field Marketing in leadership forums, business reviews, and HQ alignment Drive Field Marketing's contribution to brand health, recruitment, distribution, and consumption occasions

Multi-Region Leadership, Governance & Organization Design

Build and lead a high-impact, future-ready national Field organization. Lead, coach, and develop all Field Marketing Managers and national Field teams Build a strong regional leadership culture rooted in accountability, creativity, and collaboration Define clear roles, responsibilities, decision frameworks, and ways of working Oversee territory design, regionalization, resourcing models, and scalability frameworks Ensure consistency in national standards while protecting strong local empowerment and relevance Drive alignment, performance management, and governance across all Field regions

People Leadership, Capability Building & Culture

Create a high-performing organization and strong leadership pipeline. Build a high-performing national Field Marketing organization Own succession planning, talent pipelines, and future capability needs Oversee senior hiring decisions within Field Marketing Set standards for onboarding, coaching, development frameworks, and performance management Personally coach Field leaders and act as a culture carrier of Red Bull values Foster engagement, belonging, leadership maturity, and growth mindset across Field teams

Insights, Intelligence & Performance Management

Turn field intelligence into strategic advantage Own the national Field and Student Marketing insight system Ensure structured flow of consumer insights, regional learning, competition tracking, and field intelligence Ensure all plans are built on deep consumer understanding, data, and learning agendas Drive excellence in KPIs, business intelligence tools, reporting systems, and performance tracking Connect with global teams and other markets to exchange best practices Translate insights into strategic decisions, innovation, and capability building Position Field Marketing clearly through strong national reporting and business contribution narratives

Operational Excellence, Financial Ownership & Sustainability

Ensure scalable, efficient, and compliant national operations. Oversee national excellence across sampling strategy, university frameworks, operational models, agencies, and partnerships Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and Field infrastructure Ensure strong risk management, compliance, and operational sustainability Own the national Field Marketing budget and financial planning Ensure strong phasing, forecasting, and investment tracking Challenge ROI, efficiency, and effectiveness of Field investments Identify opportunities for scale, synergies, and long-term cost optimization

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Field Marketing, or Brand Marketing within complex or multi-region organizations.
  • Proven experience leading multi-layered teams, with a strong track record in people development, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling Field Marketing structures, programs, and ways of working.
  • Strong background in consumer-centric marketing, brand activation, and local market execution models.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership exposure across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR.
  • Strategic leadership capability with strong business planning, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • High-level stakeholder management and influence skills, with the ability to align senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong systems-thinking and insight-driven mindset, with the ability to translate data and learnings into strategic direction.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a dynamic environment.
