National Head of Marketing

As we continue to look for the best and brightest talent to scale our growth, we currently have an amazing opportunity for a National Head of Marketing in one of our newest divisions in KSA, Arabian Heritage Motors EXEED. We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement the national marketing strategy to drive growth, aligning with OEM and global brand guidelines.
• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning and budgeting to execution across digital and traditional channels.
• Oversee all brand positioning, customer initiatives (loyalty programs, events), and product launch strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the national marketing team and key external agency/partner relationships.
• Analyze market trends and KPIs to report on performance, optimize operations, and drive continuous strategic improvement.

Who you are

• You possess a Bachelor's degree and fluency in English and Arabic (conversational).
• You have in-depth knowledge of the KSA automotive market, including consumer behavior, competitors, and media trends.
• You bring 5-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with a preferred 5+ years in a senior automotive leadership role.
• You have strong expertise in strategic planning, brand management, and both digital and traditional marketing channels.
• You are a skilled leader with excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and vendor management abilities.
