Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
General Strategic & Leadership Accountabilities:
- Ensure effective cascading of the Sales strategy into business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing strategies and business plans
- Contribute to the preparation of the Sales budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget while ensuring all activities are conducted in line with the approved guidelines.
- Manage and ensure effective implementation of set policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of the Sales function so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective service.
- Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage the timely and accurate preparation of periodical management and progress reports to keep the leadership informed and to facilitate decision-making.
Job Specific Accountabilities:
- Work on complex administrative processes and databases to develop and test administrative procedures to ensure they are fully in line with organizational needs.
- Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions. Solutions could be technical or professional in nature.
- Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.
- Manage basic aspects of the data management system with guidance from senior colleagues. This includes being responsible for developing or operating basic elements of the data management systems to deliver prescribed outcomes.
- Work within existing development framework to build own capabilities and those of direct reports. Provide specialized training or coaching to others throughout the organization in area of expertise.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any relevant field
- 8+ years of experience in Sales or relevant field
- KA management planning & execution.
- FMCG Beverage experince
- Proven Market knowledge (Key retailers)
