Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Cairo for a National Modern Trade Sales Manager at Sky Healthy Food. The Sales Manager will be responsible for trade sales, customer service, sales management, and business development activities on a national level.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospection to successful closure.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with the modern trade sales strategy and overall business strategy.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Service and maintain current accounts.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly client reports.
  • Manage Accounts receivables, Responsible for debt collection and resolve all long outstanding debts
  • Resolve customer's trade issues, complaints and operational matters.
  • Manage and review outstation outlets through frequent market visit and liaising with local Sales Management
  • Possess trade & operations knowledge in modern trade

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience: 12-15 years + experience in FMCG category, preferably Food Ingredients with strong experience in National modern trade channel & A Class MT outlets/ retail

Skills: Communications- Leadership-Analytical Thinking-Customer Satisfaction

Certifications: Sales & Marketing Advanced Certificates

5+ years of work experience with Class A

• 10+ years of work experience with Modern Trade
