Role: National Parts Sales Manager

Salary: 30,000 AED + Incentives + Car

Job Role:

The National Parts Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of genuine spare parts across Retail (Workshops, Fleet, and Over the Counter) and Dealer segments within the UAE market. The role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and a customer-centric mindset to achieve sales and profitability targets while ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

Drive domestic parts sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies, enhancing customer penetration, and maximizing revenue across all UAE regions.

Boost wholesale parts sales by strengthening relationships with key accounts, expanding market coverage, and improving service levels for independent workshops, fleet customers, and trade partners.

Increase the market share of genuine parts by promoting brand value, executing targeted programs to shift customers from non-genuine to genuine parts, and ensuring competitive pricing and availability.

Expand the Genuine Parts & Accessories business through enhanced segment coverage, new customer acquisition, and improved activation of retail, wholesale, and dealer channels.

Provide excellent customer experience and maintain strong relationships across all sales segments to improve retention and loyalty.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs, continuous training, and strong field engagement to drive growth and operational excellence.

Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Formulate pricing strategies, promotions, and tactical offers to maximize revenue through different sales channels.

Improve estimation/quotation conversion rates across branches by implementing structured follow-up processes and performance monitoring.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency, parts availability, and service quality.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business related field.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role managing a large multicultural team and high-volume parts sales operations.

Proven experience handling Japanese automotive brands is essential.

Core Competencies

Strong track record of achieving sales targets in the automotive spare parts sector.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and SAP.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, assertive, and adaptable.

Strong negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
