Job Purpose
Plan, organize, coordinate and control the sales and targets established to ensure the planification and implementation of results in the sales roadmap. Manage the performance of the sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Sell a range of products to significant customers and/or manage a sales team for a given area.
- Contribute to the development of annual and longer-term business plans;
- Forecast performance against business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
- Develop business cases for key activities/projects; and estimate the financial and human resources required to deliver performance targets.
- Develop a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at business sector events.
- Obtain market intelligence and enhance the visibility and reputation of the organization, its products, and its services.
- Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role in FMCG.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills
