Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for the role of National Sales Manager. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategy and operations across the country, developing and executing robust business plans, managing and nurturing key accounts, leading and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and growth targets. The role also involves planning and managing budgets to support sales initiatives effectively.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Budgeting to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong experience in Account Management and Sales to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Proven ability in Team Management to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in FMCG and knowledge of the Saudi and GCC markets is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
