National Sales Manager - Facilities Management / Pest Control

Required to join an expanding Pest Control & Facilities Management Company in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will lead the sales strategy to drive revenue growth in pest control and facility management services across the country.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage and mentor the regional sales team.
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with marketing to create campaigns and client retention plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in facility management services.
• Strong negotiation, CRM, and analytical skills.
• Proven success in B2B/B2G sales.
