The Working Capital Manager safeguards the company's liquidity while optimizing cash flow. They oversee cash management, reporting, and forecasting, manage bank accounts and guarantees, and drive strategies to reduce capital commitment. By aligning operations with budget goals and regulations, they ensure financial stability and fuel sustainable growth.
How you create impact
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable teams, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership to optimize working capital.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve invoicing speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Treasury teams to enhance cash flow forecasting and management.
- Prepare monthly cash reports, forecasts, and develop actionable plans to achieve budget targets.
- Manage cash operations including bank accounts, payment transactions, guarantees, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Lead process improvement projects to optimize financial flows.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, as well as 510 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in international transports and logistics companies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP; experience with e banking and treasury systems.
- Strong expertise in financial, tax, and treasury practices, and related management tools.
- Proven track record in project management, experience in team management is a plus.
- Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Track record of building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering clear communication.
- Fluent Arabic and English are both mandatory.
