Specializing in online interactive courses in the engineering field, we offer customized training programs tailored to the specific needs of individuals, companies, and academic institutions.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Navisworks Instructor at Link Academy.

The instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering online interactive courses focused on BIM Coordination using Autodesk Navisworks Manage. The role involves providing hands-on training on model aggregation, advanced clash detection, clash reporting, and the application of 4D/5D scheduling and quantification simulations.

The Instructor must ensure participants can effectively use Navisworks to streamline the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering Field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience using Navisworks Manage specifically for BIM coordination and clash detection on complex construction projects.

  • Expert-level proficiency in model aggregation, model review, clash reporting, and managing schedules in Navisworks.

  • Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and interoperability between programs such as Revit and AutoCAD.

  • Experience in delivering professional training and instruction on Navisworks or other BIM coordination software, preferably in an online format, is a huge plus.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work remotely and independently.

  • Relevant certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional in Navisworks) is a strong plus.
