Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Debt Collector based in Cairo, Egypt. Managed negotiations with clients and stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while supporting business objectives. Built strong professional relationships, handled contract and pricing discussions, resolved concerns and objections, and collaborated with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. Maintained accurate records, ensured compliance with company policies, and utilized strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to drive positive results and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning
• Knowledge of Investments and core Finance principles
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess and solve client financial challenges
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for client engagement
• Previous experience in debt settlement or financial consulting is preferred
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate service-oriented solutions
• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in English
