The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performing back-end applications using the .NET framework (.NET Core/.NET 5+).
- Develop RESTful APIs, web services, and database-driven applications to support business needs.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Implement and manage data storage solutions, including relational databases (e.g., ORACLE, SQL Server) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer (6+ years preferred) with a focus on back-end development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and the .NET Framework.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Proficiency in working with relational databases such as ORACLE, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with ORM tools like Entity Framework or Dapper.
- Solid understanding of software design principles (e.g., SOLID, DRY).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, Gitlab).
